Vantage Signs is more than a sign and lighting company — it’s a creative hub where innovation meets passion, community pride, and a belief in doing things the right way.

In 2019, after years in the electric utility industry, Trevor took a leap of faith and launched Simple Bright Lights. The company quickly became known for quality work and technical expertise, leading naturally into the signage world.

That path led to a defining moment in 2022: the acquisition of Haas Signs, a local sign shop that had been serving Troy since 1960. The shop brought decades of local knowledge, craftsmanship, and community heritage that began our journey of in-house signage production to complement our high quality installation services. By combining the strengths of Simple Bright Lights and the history of Haas Signs, Vantage Signs was born — a company rooted in legacy and fueled by innovation.

In 2025 we created a separate division for our installation crews – Sign Service Pro, which still installs all of our sign projects as well as continues to provide expert installation services for other sign companies. This allowed Vantage Signs to double-down on sign production and once again take a significant leap forward by becoming a UL certified sign shop, allowing us to produce electric signage in-house for the first time. We continue to add to our team and our equipment resources in an effort to provide the highest quality signs and services to our customers.

Today, our dedicated team provides everything from custom signs and graphics to advanced lighting services, all with one mission: delivering exceptional quality and helping our clients stand out.
